These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Chavalry (“we/us”) make this website www.Chavalry.com available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the www.Chavalry.com

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.Chavalry.com site and Chavalry services.


1.1 All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in the United States.

1.2 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3 Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats).

​1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of
equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

1.6 For personal delivery in Los Angeles, products are delivered one business day after the order is placed unless other delivery date or service is selected.

1.7 For shipping orders, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date unless you choose the “Overnight” service. For any other shipping services, the delivery date is merely an estimate provided by our shipping partners. No refunds will be issued for missed estimate dates unless you have chosen the “Overnight” service and we guaranteed the delivery date.

1.8 Some products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.

1.9 For regular, non-preserved flowers, we guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 3 days from the date of delivery/collection.


2.1 Prices listed within the Chavalry service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.

2.2 Except where stated, product prices exclude Chavalry delivery/shipping and sales tax charges.

2.3 All the prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payments

3.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate delivery address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

3.2 We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards (Visa / Master Card / Discovery / American Express).

3.3 By clicking on the “Pay Now,” and/or “Submit,” and/or “Place Order” buttons at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Chavalry site at www.Chavalry.com .

3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

3.5 We shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any “miscommunications” or “failed communications” caused by the failure of any involved party, such as customer or vendor, in providing accurate contact information.

3.6 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.


4.1 Except where stated, Standard Delivery is one business day after the order is placed. This will be applicable within our delivery radius in Los Angeles, but please note, that at certain times of the year the prices and delivery handling times can vary. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Chavalry you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

4.2 Some products are not available for delivery to certain areas – where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.

4.3 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number and/or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.4 Certain products will be delivered during a delivery period, providing delivery within a time frame around your preferred delivery date – you will be advised of this at the time of placing your order.

4.5 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. Hospitals, airports or ships – please contact the Chavalry Customer Contact Center.

4.6 Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).

4.7 Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or make contact and re-arrange delivery, or If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address and/or to leave the arrangement in front of the door/gate or any other reasonable place at the provided address.

4.8 Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day and/or time.

4.9 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Cancellation & Amendments​

5.1 If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so, by emailing: orders@chavalry.com or by calling & texting at (818) 433-0866. Please cancel orders within 24 hours after you place your order for full refund. 30% cancellation fee will be applied after that, if your order has not been delivered yet. If your order has been delivered/shipped already, no refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

5.2 All sales are final and we do not accept any returns. 

5.3 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances other than your arrangement being damaged during the shipment. If your arrangement does get damaged during the shipment, we will need you to send us pictures of the arrangement and the shipping box that proves the arrangement was damaged during the shipment. No refund will be issued if you do not send us the supporting pictures. After we receive the pictures, we will open a case and investigate it with our shipping partner. If the investigation finds that your arrangement was damaged during the shipment, we will issue a refund as soon as we receive the damaged arrangement back.  If you fail to return the arrangement or if the investigation does not find our shipping partner responsible, no refund will be issued.

6.2 Complaints policy: In the event of any complaint, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.


7.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the www.Chavalry.com site and/or the Chavalry services are fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the www.Chavalry.com site and/or the Chavalry services, and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the www.Chavalry.com site and/or the Chavalry services impossible or impractical.

7.2 Chavalry understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.


8.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the www.Chavalry.com site and/or the Chavalry service from time to time. We will post any changes on the www.Chavalry.com site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Chavalry services or www.Chavalry.com site. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

8.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the www.Chavalry.com site and/or the Chavalry services for any reason at any time.

8.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the www.Chavalry.com site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.4 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation enforced in the United States. We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

8.5 A person who is a third party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions.

8.6 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.

8.7 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Intellectual Property

9.1 All other rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by MOZZAFI, Inc., the parent company of Chavalry. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of MOZZAFI, Inc. You may not modify, distribute or repost something on this website for any reason.

Shipping Policy

10.1 We are offering a nationwide shipping on most of our arrangements to any location in the United States that FedEx, UPS, and USPS services.

10.2 For the “Overnight” shipping service, we only ship our arrangements Monday through Thursday.

10.3 For the “Overnight” shipping service, orders placed Friday through Sunday for shipping will be shipped on the following Monday.

10.4 For the “Overnight” shipping service, we will ship your arrangement one business day after your order has been placed and paid for if it is placed Monday through Wednesday, unless you have chosen some other shipping date.

10.5 For the “Overnight” shipping service, you can also choose a future shipping date provided that the date you are choosing is Monday through Thursday.

10.6 Unless you choose “Overnight” shipping service, under no circumstances we will issue a refund if your arrangement arrives late or early. The delivery dates are estimates provided by FedEx and UPS and they are responsible for delivering the packages.

10.7 We cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in the receiving date and time of your package and will not be held accountable for them.

10.8 You will need to handle delayed and damaged packages directly with FedEx and UPS since they are responsible for prompt and safe delivery of our arrangements.

10.9 We will send you a picture of how your arrangement looked like before it was shipped for all orders.

The following Terms of Use Policy applies to anyone accessing or posting to Chavalry social media sites or blogs.

General Social Media Terms of Use

  • By using or accessing any of Chavalry social media sites, you agree to comply with this Terms of Use Policy as well as other engagement rules as defined by the individual social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, Twitter Terms of Use etc.).

Posting on Chavalry Social Media Sites or Blog

  • By posting to any Chavalry social media site, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to or otherwise upload.

  • You agree that everything you post shall be truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith and that you have the right to post such content.

  • You agree not to post any of the following:

    • False, misleading or deceptive comments.

    • Materials that contain confidential material or violate a third party’s right of privacy

    • Any photos or comments that include or depict profanity, pornography, threats, hate speech, incite violence,, personal attacks, illegal statements or unsafe practices

    • Content attempting to impersonate someone else including, but not limited to, customers, clients, Chavalry employees, member florists, suppliers, partners or other community members.

    • Unauthorized commercial communications (spam).

    • Viruses or other malicious codes

  • By posting to any Chavalry social media site, you agree to be respectful to other community members as well as Chavalry community management team.

Content Moderation

  • Chavalry reserves the right to moderate content posted on its social media sites.

  • Any posts not in line with this Terms of Use Policy will either be deleted or not posted, as determined solely by Chavalry and/or MOZZAFI, Inc., at the sole discretion of Chavalry and/or MOZZAFI, Inc..

  • Chavalry and/or MOZZAFI, Inc. reserve the right to remove or report any posts which could be deemed inappropriate or offensive.

  • Repeated violations of this Terms of Use Policy may result in a user being banned or blocked from Chavalry and/or MOZZAFI, Inc. social media sites and reported to the appropriate social media platforms.

  • Any threats made against individuals or property will be reported to the police.

Privacy Protection

  • Be smart about protecting yourself, your privacy and the privacy of others. What you publish is widely accessible and may be around for a long time, so carefully consider what you post.

  • Do not post personal or sensitive information about yourself or others, including bank account information, information that may be used to locate yourself or another, or information which could otherwise be deemed to constitute an invasion of another’s privacy.

Content and Copyright

  • Chavalry assumes no liability for errors or omissions in any material on Chavalry social media sites.

  • For any content you post on Chavalry social media sites, you warrant that it is your own original work or if it is covered by intellectual property rights owned by third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights to that third party content and specifically grant to Chavalry a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, transferable right and license to exercise all copyright, publicity, moral rights and any other IP rights with respect to any such content you provide.

Social Media Complaints Policy

  • Chavalry welcomes feedback about its products and services. If you contact us about a complaint on Chavalry social media sites, you will be responded to by a member of the customer service team who will endeavor to reply to and resolve your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with Chavalry Customer Services Policy.

  • Chavalry has a zero tolerance approach to customers who use abusive or threatening language and will take action to protect its online customer service team including removing offensive posts and reporting the user to the appropriate social media platforms and, if deemed necessary, the police.
